About Jungian Life Coaching

  • How long does Jungian life coaching take, and what kind of commitment is required?

    • The length of Jungian life coaching can range from a 6 sessions (bi-weekly) within a 3-month period to 24 sessions within 12 months, depending on your unique goals and needs. Please visit my Coaching Programs page for more details.

      It can also depend on your commitment and openness to change, your capacity for introspection, your circumstances, how quickly and thoughtfully you complete homework assignments, and other unique factors.

      I have individuals who come in focused on one goal, achieve that goal, and begin work on another goal and then another. Those individuals who partner with me in multiple capacities and for multiple goals work with me for a year or more.


  • How often would I meet with my coach?

    • Typically we will meet every other week or twice a month. This allows you time for reflection and application of learning between sessions. You will also benefit by spending more time exploring and carrying out your action steps between sessions. Although, some clients find that having weekly sessions keeps their momentum going, so I am certainly willing to be flexible as long as there are calendar openings.

      You may choose to either to pay up front or with a bi-weekly subscription payments.


  • Is Jungian life coaching conducted in person or online?

    • Jungian life coaching is conducted via zoom calls online or phone depending on your preference. Online and phone coaching both offer convenience and flexibility, allowing individuals from different geographical locations to access quality coaching services.


  • What can I expect from a Jungian life coaching session?

    • In a Jungian life coaching session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative environment. I will work with you to explore your personal challenges, dreams, and aspirations. Through deep listening, insightful questioning, and the use of Jungian tools and techniques, I will help you gain self-awareness, discover your inner resources, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles as you work toward your goal with actionable steps.


  • What are some practical tools and techniques used in Jungian life coaching?

    • Jungian life coaching utilizes various tools and techniques to facilitate self-discovery and personal growth. Depending on the program you choose and where you are on your journey, these may include active imagination, journaling, archetype exploration, dream work, symbol analysis, visualization, and creative expression. I will tailor my approach based on your individual needs and preferences.


  • Will I be expected to do any activities outside of coaching sessions?

    • To help accelerate your progress and meet your goals, you will have mutually agreed upon homework between each session, according to whatever comes up during your session. This could range from self-reflection and visualization, to listening to active imagination recordings and journaling.

      You’ll also be working towards your goal(s), by following through on action steps as we go along.


  • How will my coach measure progress and success in coaching?

    • Client-centered Jungian Life Coaching means that it’s all up to you. I am here to ask the harder questions, but you get to consider and act on your answers. It’s my role to encourage and support you as I guide you through the process. You set the expectations and your pace, through your chosen action steps and by following through on your homework. You can think of me as your accountability partner and the two weeks in between your sessions as a helpful timeline, yet, you get to measure your progress and success on your terms.

      To help you keep on track between sessions and to reinforce your progress, you will receive thorough post session notes with your insights, action steps and goals after every session.

  • Can I trust the coach to keep my personal information confidential and respect my privacy?

    • All information shared by my client is private and confidential and will not disclosed to any third party without their written consent.

    • All client data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access, loss, or theft.

    • Boundaries around the use of social media, communication channels, and other forms of electronic communication will be agreed upon and included in the client contract.

    • Accurate and up-to-date records of all coaching sessions and interactions with the client, including notes, emails, and other correspondence are maintained at all times.

    • Any potential conflicts of interest, such as relationships with other clients, that may affect their ability to provide unbiased coaching to the client will be disclosed to the client right away or as soon as it comes to my attention.

  • What if I want to end my coaching engagement?

    • Clear procedures for terminating the coaching relationship and contract, including any obligations or responsibilities of both parties following termination, will be made clear in the coaching contract.

  • How do I know if I'm ready to work with a Jungian life coach?

    • If you are ready to be liberated from past conditioning so you can be free to think and act outside of old patterns to create whatever you desire, then you are ready!
