Who Says You Can't Have It All?
Create more love and laughter in your life...
As a Jungian Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, I offer a unique approach to helping women who feel lonely, disconnected, or frustrated with their current relationships, and yearn for healthy and meaningful relationships.
Jungian psychology emphasizes the importance of understanding the unconscious and exploring the shadow side of ourselves. By helping clients access their subconscious mind, I can help them gain insight into their own patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may be affecting their relationships.
Through hypnotherapy, I can also help clients uncover any unresolved emotional wounds or traumas that may be impacting their ability to form healthy relationships. By addressing these underlying issues, clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and self-love so they can experience fulfilling relationships.
My unique training and perspective as a Jungian Life Coach and Hypnotherapist enables me to help women create healthy, more meaningful relationships. If you’re ready to break free from old patterns and create healthy, meaningful relationships, I would love to work with you on your journey towards greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
Jungian life coaching will help you explore your inner self
and gain insight into the dynamics of your relationships.
As a Jungian life coach and hypntherapist, I help women achieve healthier and more meaningful relationships with friends, family, and others in their life.
This Hypno-coach approach focuses on exploring patterns and beliefs, uncovering unconscious patterns, developing self-awareness, identifying and expressing emotions, uncovering fears, embracing your whole self, and connecting with archetypes.
By gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, my clients understand their role in relationships, improve their communication, set healthy boundaries, and ultimately, create more fulfilling relationships.
As a Jungian life coach, I help women identify patterns and beliefs that may be affecting their relationships. For example, a woman who always puts others’ needs before her own may have a deep-seated belief that she needs to be selfless or she that she is not worthy of attention or care.
By exploring patterns and beliefs like these, women can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their behavior in relationships and begin to consciously choose ways of being that would be more fulfilling.
When we recognize and embrace the true duality of who we are,
we can flourish in our relationships as our authentic selves.
Jungian coaching helps clients explore and integrate their shadow aspects. The shadow represents the unconscious parts of ourselves that we may have repressed or denied. By bringing these hidden aspects to light, we can develop a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationship patterns.
As part of our work together, clients are encouraged to identify and express their emotions in a healthy way. Many women have been socialized to suppress their emotions, leading to resentment and frustration in relationships.
Jungian life coaching emphasizes the role of the unconscious mind in shaping behavior and relationships.
We can explore unconscious patterns and how they may be impacting my clients relationships. For example, a client who has a fear of intimacy may unconsciously push people away or sabotage her relationships.
In this case, we can explore the emotions and beliefs, and uncover the underlying fear related to the emotional triggering interaction or pattern in her relationships.
Jungian coaching will help liberate you from past conditioning,
so you are free to cultivate meaningful relationships
as your whole authentic self.
Through deep inquiry and reflection, we may agree to utilize hypnotherapy to explore past experiences from childhood, to uncover and resolve the root cause of issues like fear of intimacy.
As a Jungian coach, we also examine family dynamics, societal influences, and personal experiences that may have shaped my client’s limited expectations of relationships.
Both of these methodologies allow my client to gain self-awareness and start to create new ways of being in relationships and the world.
Jungian life coaching draws on the idea of archetypes, or universal patterns of behavior and symbols that are present in the collective unconscious.
By connecting with archetypes, women can gain a deeper understanding of their own behavior and the behavior of others in their relationships. For example, a woman who identifies with the archetype of the “nurturer” may have a tendency to put others’ needs before her own, leading to strained relationships.
By exploring these archetypes, women can gain insight into their own behavior and the behavior of others, leading to healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
Active imagination exercises, meditations, and dream tending create a fertile environment to explore the symbolism and themes present in our dreams, fantasies, or creative expressions, which can provide valuable clues to hidden aspects of the our psyche.
Accessing the collective unconscious and symbolism through active imagination can help enhance our intuition and creativity, empowering us to cultivate the relationships and life we desire.
Deb As Your Relationship Coach...
As a Jungian Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, I offer a unique approach to helping women who feel lonely, disconnected, or frustrated with their current relationships, and yearn for healthy and meaningful relationships. Drawing on the insights of Carl Jung and other depth psychologists, I guide my clients to explore their unconscious patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to their feelings of isolation and disconnection.
I believe that creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for open and honest exploration is paramount for women to feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. And it is always my goal to meet you where you are at and shift with your needs during our sessions.
Through hypnotherapy, we can access the subconscious mind and work to reframe negative self-talk and beliefs, releasing any limiting beliefs that may be hindering my client’s ability to form healthy relationships. By exploring the unconscious, we can identify any patterns of behavior or thought that may be causing my client to repeat unhealthy relationship patterns.
As a Jungian Life Coach, I can help my clients gain a deeper understanding of their psyche, including their persona and shadow side, and work towards integrating those aspects of themselves, leading to increased self-awareness and self-acceptance, which can be a powerful foundation for building healthy relationships.
