In a nutshell, while we will likely explore your family and cultural beliefs around goals, unless you choose to address your past experiences further through hypnotherapy, we will mostly work to uncover any limiting beliefs, values, and underlying fears, and utilize active imagination to work through any connected emotions as we explore conscious ways of thinking and being that will help you achieve your creative goals.
Can Jungian life coaching address any mental health issues or trauma that may be impacting my progress?
I am also a Certified Clinical, Interpersonal and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and can help address deeper issues upon my client’s request. Depending on the issue, I may be required to get a referral from any doctor that is treating you if there is a diagnosis or medication prescribed. We would discuss this requirement further before we continue if the need arises. This would be scheduled and paid for separate from coaching and only through mutual consent.
